Printed materials for small and medium-sized businesses
Through my time at The Flyer as a graphic designer, I collaborated with the marketing and print team to create visual materials for various businesses, often small or medium-sized. Many of these businesses did not have a clear direction for their visual identity. In the case of established businesses, they often lacked focus. My role in each case was to take new ideas or existing materials and work closely with each business to bring a strong vision to life.

Challenge
Revamping each company's branding while staying true to their goals within a limited timeframe.
Each company deserves the appropriate amount of work and time allocated to their design needs. At The Flyer, several companies would consult our services within a single week, often reaching into the hundreds. My job was to supervise the production of each major project, ensure that the designs aligned with their vision, provide wireframes and drafts on time, supervise other employees when necessary to ensure quality delivery, and maintain communication with each individual company, relaying changes and adhering to the agreed-upon visual style.
Materials would often go to print within a two-week period following an initial submission, meaning that each design had a design cycle of roughly a week and a half before printing.
