Challenges

Cultural Sensitivity: Addressing diverse cultural contexts and ethical considerations in HR practices requires careful handling, therefore I included case studies and examples that reflect a range of cultural perspectives and ethical dilemmas encountered in HR.

Balancing Theory and Practical Application: Ensuring learners can apply theoretical concepts to real-world HR scenarios effectively, therefore I use real-life case studies, role-playing exercises, and simulations to provide practical experience alongside theoretical instruction.
