As an E-Learning Instructional Designer for Saint Leo University, my role consisted primarily of analyzing the material provided by SME's (professors) and adapting it in a comprehensive way, using best ADA practices where possible and making it feel engaging to the students. Courses catered to students in the field of human resources often deal with topics that involved large amounts of reading, so each course presented a unique challenge: how to break down complex subjects into smaller chunks of information that students could interact with and learn from in an organic matter?
