On Clean Design and Flexibility
Hello, dear reader,
As I continue to build my portfolio, which I am always refining in one way or another, I find myself looking at the current trends of the world of graphic design. The entire purpose of graphic design, to me, is to bring clean visual language that helps the user (or viewer/reader) understand a concept clearly. Eliminating unnecessary elements by refining a maximalist design into a minimalist one is the way in which I tackle all my projects, a style which not many other designers take.
This is why I pride myself in my portfolio, practices and my freelance work, as being able to start a clean project is one thing, but being able to jump into an existing one and refine it, to distill it to its core elements, and functionally improve it, is something which very few designers can do, and is a useful skill to posses, as more tools, design trends and visual variety emerges due to new technologies.
If you are currently considering my services for freelancing, I urge you to look at my body of work and see how it might benefit you if you already have an existing design or idea, which you would like to distill to its core elements so as to make it more eye-catching.
